Our latest project, Posada Emiiy is a housing facility named after Emily Bigelow Nalley, who died of complications from lymphoma at age 4. It is a 6 room haven for children and their families adjacent to the National Cancer Institute in Asuncion, Paraguay and opened it's doors in May 2017. The Posada provides a safe, comfortable place for the children and their families to stay while awaiting treatment. Before the facility was built, mothers often slept on the floor or on hospital benches. The operational cost for the facility is $3,000 monthly which includes, food staff and utilities. Please help us give back to the country that provided two caring and loving babysitters for Emily.
